Yoyo Pro Apps minimum required OS (Operating Systems)

The following are the minimum operating system requirements for which our Yoyo Pro Apps framework can be downloaded and operated:

• iPhone iOS 13 or later
• Android 5 or later

If a customer’s device is running an operating system version lower than those specified above, the device may experience crashes or enter a loop when attempting to download our applications. Similarly, if the application has been previously downloaded on such a device, attempts to operate the app will also result in crashes or looping behaviour.

Furthermore, if a user attempts to uninstall an older version of the app and then install a newer version on a device with an unsupported operating system, the app will crash or loop due to incompatibility with the device.
