This guide provides a clear overview of the campaign management dashboard. It helps users quickly access key metrics and tools to monitor and set up campaigns. Simplifying complex tasks, it’s a valuable resource for enhancing campaign management skills.
1. When logged in a Campaign Owner, this will be on this Dashboard View
2. Total Float Balance" refers to the Total amount of funds allocated to all campaigns (active, pending and completed)
3. "Available Float Balance" refers to funds that is available to be used for a new campaign
4. "Allocated Float Balance" refers to funds that is currently allocated to Active campaigns only
5. Filter Campaigns
In this section you can search for campaigns by filtering specific ranges
6. "Campaign Name" - Search by the campaign name
7 "Campaign ID" - Search by the campaign ID
8. "Retailer" Search by the Retailer
9. "State" Search by the state of the campaigns
10. "Campaign Type" Search by type of campaigns
11. "Settlement Filter" Search by the type of settled or non-settled campaigns
12. "Start date" Search by the start date of campaigns
13. "End date" Search by end dates of campaigns
14. Once you have your search criteria selected , click on "Submit"
This will bring up 1 or all campaigns related to your search criteria
15. Click on "Export to CSV" to export the list of campaigns required
16. My Campaigns
In this section all campaigns that have been created will be displayed here for quick view
17. "ID" refers to the unique campaign ID
18. "Campaign Name" refers to name of the campaign
19. "Type" refers to the type of campaign
20. "State" refers to the state of the campaign
21. "Start Date" refers to the start date of the campaign
22. "End Date" refers to the end date of the campaign
23. "Available Issues" refers to the amount of wiCodes available to be issued in a campaign (not active yet)
24. "Total Issued" refers to the Total amount of wiCodes issued in a campaign (Live wiCodes)
25. "Total Live" refers to the Total amount of wiCodes live in a campaign
26. "Total Redeemed" refers to the Total amount of wiCodes redeemed in a campaign (used wiCodes)
27. "Max Allowed To Issue" refers to the Total amount of wiCodes that can be issued for the entire campaign (Total Amount)
28. "Issued Value" refers to the value in rands of the wiCodes that have been issued (live wiCodes)
29. "Redeemed Value" refers to the value in rands of the wiCodes that have been redeemed (used wiCodes)
30. "Allocated Float" refers to campaigns that uses pre-funded float, this is funds allocated to a campaign
31. "Settlement" refers to type of campaign settled ( 100.00 % uses float) / non-settled ( 0.00% no float needed)
32. "3rd Party Settlement" refers to NON YOYO settled values, still can be used for settled, partially settled and non settled campaigns.
33. "wiCode Validity (days)" refers to the validity of a wiCode in days when issued
34. "Action" here you can revoke a campaign or sign off (activate) a campaign
35. MENU
In this section you will select the options to either look for a wiCode, transactions history or log a support query
36. In MENU "My Campaigns" select to be taken back to dashboard
37. In MENU "wiCode Search Tool" search for a wiCode here
38. In MENU "Transaction History" check your campaign transaction history here
39. You can search the type of campaigns "Gift card / Coupon / Voucher"
40. "Support" log a query directly with our L3 Support team
41. Chat pop up will appear , here you can log your query as well as attach screenshots or documents
42. In MENU "Product Filtering" refers to campaigns that require special product filtering
43. In Product filtering you can search for skus/barcodes/plu's that are active or inactive as well as upload more
44. In MENU "Logout" to logout completely
45. Confirmation you have been successfully logged out
