Understanding the uses of wiCode Portal

The wiCode Portal is the central management of Campaigns. 

This portal can be used in 3 different ways:
 

1. Campaign Owner : 

• Create and manage coupons, vouchers or gift card campaigns: Whether you’re launching a new promotion or updating an existing one, this is where the magic happens.
• Monitor float balances: Float refers to the balance of available vouchers/coupons. You’ll keep an eye on this to make sure we don’t run out.
• Contact Support
• Expire a voucher or coupon or gift card

• Search for wiCode transaction

  
  
  

2. Channel Owner 

• Linking campaigns to channel groups based on how wiCodes will be issued.
• Setting up Message copies that will be delivered to recipient
  
  

3. SMS/Batch Issuer

• Issuing Individual SMSes to cell number/s
• Batch Issuing SMSes
• Batch Issuing Bulk wiCodes
• Batch issuing to PANS
• Resending SMSes
