Understanding the Types of Campaigns you can create on wiCode Portal

There are 3 types of campaigns

1. VOUCHER

2. COUPONS 

3. GIFT CARDS

Vouchers: 

Rand value or percentage value discount. It is not product specific. Once off redeemable. If partial value is used the rest of the balance is forfeited. 

Vouchers can have restrictions on redemption's as follows

• Specific validity period
• Redemption on specific days
• Redemption during specific times
• Max redemption limit per customer
• Max redemption limit per day
• Max redemption limit per basket
• Minimum basket spend  

Coupons: 

These are product specific discounts. Items could be called “SKU’s, Products, Item codes. All retailers has different words for these but essentially it is the SKU’s linked to the item that is linked to their instore POS (Point of Sale). One off redeemable.

Gift Cards: 

Gift cards are like vouchers the difference is that these are multi-redeemable. Gift cards can only be sent to cell number because if a partial value is used the customer will be issued a follow up sms with new wiCode and their new remaining balance.
