Plato Scanner Installation

How to install the below scanner:

Step 1

Force close the Yoco POS App then open it up again.

Select Table POS

Step 2

Sign into the Yoco POS with your User Name and PIN

Step 2

Check the version of Table POS by selection the 3 dots on the top right hand corner as seen in step one screenshot. The version in the below screenshot should be installed. If you are not on the version, please contact Yoco to assist with the correct version needed.

Step 3

Select and open a table and touch on Search Products

Plug in the scanner

Step 4

Scan the Barcode Below “3030012”

Step 5

Once the barcode is scanned a message will pop up

Select okay on the Android permission pop up and force close the app.

Step 6

Open the Yoco POS App again

Select Table POS

Step 7

Select a table

Step 8

Select a product

Select Pay 

Step 9

Select Wicode

Step 10

Scan the QR code on the Plato APP.

This can be found when navigating to "My Vouchers", select the voucher and scan the QR code.

             

Step 11

The following will pop up, once done complete the sale.
